Help! Need the name of a movie about a girl who becomes a flight attendant?

So in this movie, this girl lives in this small town and dreams of
leaving it so she becomes a flight attendant at the local airline and
then goes to this school w/ her friend and they take a test that
determines which airline they would work for and the friend switches
their tests and the girl falls in love with this guy, but then she
retakes the test and gets a better job and has to leave the guy but
then goes back with him. Sorry, this is a really bad description of
the movie. If this sounds remotely familiar and you think you know the
